THE LOGFL

(est. 2000)

The LOGFL is world's top-ranked fantasy football league.  Established in 2000, this league was recently described by former NFL Commissioner Paul Tagliabue as "The pinnacle of sports.  What else can you say?  I resigned as NFL Commissioner so I could spend more time following my heroes in the LOGFL."

Profiled on such diverse national television outlets as HBO's Real Sports and ESPN's Outside the Lines, the league was featured recently on the cover of Sports Illustrated.  The LOGFL's Headquarters is located at Legends of the Game in Oklahoma City, OK.  The league expands to a staggering 16 teams in 2006...

This site will be used primarily as a storehouse for league records and information.  Although this site is intended for the use of LOGFL coaches and owners, the adoring masses of LOGFL fans are certainly welcome...

2006 Super Bowl
Congratulations to Terry Robinson's Aruba Red, winners of the 2006 LOGFL Super Bowl!  It was a stirring victory for heavy underdog Aruba Red against Scott Emerson's Motor City Gamblers after a Cinderella run through the playoffs.  Aruba started their run with an 89-65 win over Grizzly Adams, thanks in large part to a 42 point performance from QB Drew Brees.  Robinson's crew blew out (thanks for clarifying, John Russell) The Visigoths 63-37 in round two, and then in a defensive slugfest (and the lowest rated Super Bowl in LOGFL history), topped the Bombers 49-32.  Rudi Johnson capped a strong playoffs by winning the Super Bowl MVP with a 16 point performance (129 yards, 1 TD)... and for posterity's sake, it must be recorded that Terry did it all without a single Free Agent pickup all year long.  As a three time winner of the LOGFL Apathy Award, we hope that Terry is humbled that the award has officially been renamed in his honor.
2006 Babe Tournament Champion
Let us take a moment to admire the acheivement of our newly crowned Babe Tournament Champion, Carmen Electra.

Electra used her fast break offense to sprint through the tournament, knocking off THREE #1 seeds along the way (Eva Longoria, Jessica Alba and Scarlett Johansson). As tradition demands, Electra was the date for Super Bowl Champion Terry Robinson at tonight's Awards Banquet.
