Roster Limits/Positions--
- 17 players maximum, 13 players minimum. Illegal rosters score ZERO points.

- Teams start the following each week: 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 K and 1 DEF/ST
- Teams with an illegal roster - ie too many or too few players forfeit their game.
- INJURED RESERVE RULE: A team may designate a player for Injured Reserve and sign a replacement provided that the injured player is listed as "out" on the NFL injury report at the time of the Thursday night Free Agent deadline. This extra player may remain on the active roster so long as the injured player is "out" on the NFL injury report. Once the injured player is upgraded to probable, questionable or even doubtful, he will be returned to the active roster. If returning the Injured Player results in having too many players on the active roster, a player MUST BE CUT prior to the start of that week's game to return the roster to legal status - otherwise, there will be a forfeit.

Transactions--
- Owners set their own lineups, manage their own rosters. In the event an owner cannot set their lineup or manage their roster, arrangements can be made with The Commissioner to act on their behalf.
- Lineup deadline is 5 mintues before gametime for each player. Rosters must be set and legal by this time, or player forfeits.
- Free Agent Acquisitions are approved by The Commissioner. Free Agents are generally approved Thursday night and are awarded in reverse order of the weekly Power Poll, starting with #16 and working back through to #1. The order then begins again at #16 through #1 until all requests are approved. In event of an early week game, The Commissioner will post the Free Agent deadline on the LOGFL home page.
- Trading deadline is October 31st, 2007 at 6pm. All trades must be approved by The Commissioner. Trades resulting in an illegal lineup (2 players for 1, 3 for 2, etc) must be corrected through add/drops in time for the start of the current week's games.
- Ridiculous Trades will not be approved. The Commissioner will never approve trades from teams that have "given up" and are willing to give away the farm to help someone else out.
Playoffs--
- Begin week 14 and last 3 weeks. The top 8 teams advance to the playoffs, with the top ranked team playing the eigth ranked team, #2 vs. #7, #3 vs. #6 and #4 vs. #5.
- In the event of a tie in the final standings, the 1st tiebreaker is head to head record (for 2 way ties... if more than 2 teams are tied, advance to the second tie-breaker), the 2nd tiebreaker is total points scored, 3rd tiebreaker is a coin flip.
- Teams not involved in the playoffs will have consolation games scheduled each week - these are exhibition games and DO NOT affect standings for the next year's draft.
The OBPFL Draft--
- Draft Date is scheduled for the Sunday prior to the start of the NFL season.
- 16 rounds, 12 selections per round. First round order is determined by previous season's finish. Last place team drafts first, Super Bowl champion drafts last. Beginning with the 2006 season, the LOGFL will use a snake format for rounds 2-16.
- Owners who do not show for the draft, barring extenuating circumstances, will have their picks dropped to the end of the regular order of each round.
- Expansion teams draft last in every round, even behind delinquent LOGFL owners.
- The Commissioner drafts for owners not in attendance using The Sporting News' Top 250 list (published in April) and takes the "best available player" on the list until the roster is filled. Arrangements can be made to give The Commissioner an alternate list to draft from (highly advisable).
- Preseason and draft day trades are allowed involving draft picks or players involved in the current season's draft ONLY. You can't offer a 1st round pick in 2017 for a 5th round pick in 2008.
